Hi! I’m Kristal Pena, a dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional with over a decade of experience in property management, accounting, and residential real estate.

 

I started my real estate journey in 2017 with Texas Flagship, where I began as an Assistant of Accounting and later advanced to Office Manager. In that role, I helped oversee operations for three condominium HOA communities and managed over 100 residential homes. This gave me hands-on experience with budgeting, maintenance coordination, owner-tenant relations, and the overall day-to-day operations that keep properties running smoothly.

 

Before joining Texas Flagship, I spent several years managing apartment communities in the greater Houston area—handling everything from leasing and inspections to compliance reporting and resident services. These early years built a strong foundation in both the operational and people-focused sides of real estate.

 

Today, as a licensed Realtor, I combine my deep industry knowledge with a commitment to helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investing process with confidence.
